Orazio Pater, Chairman of the Board
Orazio Pater is the founder of GTreasury and Chairman of the Board and a recognized leader in the treasury management industry for over 40 years. Mr. Pater founded GTreasury (originally Gateway Systems) in 1986, offering a MS-DOS product that evolved through the MS-Windows® Client-Server architecture to the current cloud-based solution. Prior to founding the GTreasury, Orazio led the National Data Corporation (NDC) Cash Management Division from 1974 to 1984, where he was instrumental in developing the automated cash and treasury management industry. Prior to NDC,
Orazio was a cash manager at Honeywell, Inc., where he designed and implemented one of the first automated treasury management systems in the world.
Renaat Ver Eecke, CEO GTreasury
Renaat is Chief Executive Officer at GTreasury, where he is responsible for the overall strategy, overseeing all aspects of the business. He brings twenty years of proven experience in business and technology, most recently as President of Teletrac Navman, where he led the business to double digit growth. Prior to his role as President, Renaat was Chief Service Officer, leading the merger of Teletrac and Navman Wireless. In 2007 he and his management team bought Navman Wireless from Brunswick Corporation and ultimately sold to Danaher Corporation (NYSE: DHR) after tripling revenues. Renaat holds a Master of Business Administration degree from MIT Sloan School of Management, a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Georgetown University, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Washington D.C’s Catholic University of America. .
Vinay Kashyap, Mainsail Partners
Vinay Kashyap is a Partner at Mainsail. Vinay has been investing in rapidly growing, founder owned software companies for over a decade. Vinay currently serves on the board of GTreasury, Nexus Systems, SentryOne, and PlayMaker. He formerly served on the board of Zen Planner (acquired by Daxko) and Steelwedge (acquired by E2open) Prior to Mainsail, Vinay worked at Summit Partners, a private equity and venture capital firm, where he sourced, executed and supported over $200 million of growth equity investments across North America, Europe and Asia. He started his career with Deloitte Consulting. Vinay received his A.B in Economics and International Relations from Bowdoin College, where he was captain of the men’s varsity lacrosse team, and an M.B.A from Harvard Business School.
Bill Salisbury, Mainsail Partners
Bill is Mainsail’s Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer and works with Mainsail’s portfolio companies to help them scale their financial operations as they migrate from bootstrapping to mature operating models. Prior to joining Mainsail, Bill was CFO of Hearsay Social, a privately-held enterprise software company offering an advisor-client engagement platform for financial services companies, where he oversaw finance, accounting, legal and people operations. From 2011 to 2014, Bill was CFO of Avast Software, a privately held security software company, during a period of significant growth and evolution in its business and capital structure. Previously, Bill served as CFO of Crescendo Bioscience, a privately-held molecular diagnostics company, which he joined prior to product release, building the finance organization and driving capital raising activities including the innovative financing transaction that ultimately led to Crescendo’s acquisition by Myriad Genetics. Bill received an A.B. in International Relations, with distinction, from Stanford University and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
Peg Pater, GTreasury
Ms. Peg Pater served as General Manager at G TREASURY SS, LLC. Ms. Pater was involved in managing all aspects of GTreasury’s operations. Before joining GTreasury, she was an executive in the Human Resources-Department of
Solomon Brothers from 1980 to 1983. She was responsible for recruiting and staffing the Manufacturers Hanover Bank Cash Management Division from 1974 to 1980. From 1970 to 1973, she was an executive recruiter with Archer and Wood, a firm that was purchased by Peat, Marwick and Mitchell.
Ashley Pater, Chief Product Officer
Ashley Pater is the Chief Product Officer at GTreasury and oversees the global product group, ensuring that the product vision and strategy align with GTreasury’s business objectives. Prior to her current role, Ashley was responsible for the Marketing and Account Management functions at GTreasury, which focused on growing global brand awareness, lead generation, event management, as well as client upsell and cross sell programs. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
