Renaat Ver Eecke
Chief Executive Officer
Renaat is Chief Executive Officer at GTreasury, where he is responsible for the overall strategy, overseeing all aspects of the business. He brings twenty years of proven experience in business and technology, most recently as President of Teletrac Navman, where he led the business to double-digit growth. Prior to his role as President, Renaat was Chief Service Officer, leading the merger of Teletrac and Navman Wireless. In 2007 he and his management team bought Navman Wireless from Brunswick Corporation and ultimately sold to Danaher Corporation (NYSE: DHR) after tripling revenues. Renaat holds a Master of Business Administration degree from MIT Sloan School of Management, a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Georgetown University, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Washington D.C’s Catholic University of America.
Vinay Kashyap

Vinay Kashyap is a Partner at Mainsail. Vinay has been investing in rapidly growing, founder-owned software companies for more than a decade. Vinay currently serves on the board of GTreasury, Nexus Systems, SentryOne, and PlayMaker. He formerly served on the board of Zen Planner (acquired by Daxko) and Steelwedge (acquired by E2open) Prior to Mainsail, Vinay worked at Summit Partners, a private equity and venture capital firm, where he sourced, executed and supported more than $200 million of growth equity investments across North America, Europe and Asia. He started his career with Deloitte Consulting. Vinay received his A.B in Economics and International Relations from Bowdoin College, where he was captain of the men’s varsity lacrosse team, and an M.B.A from Harvard Business School.
Bill Salisbury

Bill is Mainsail’s Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer and works with Mainsail’s portfolio companies to help them scale their financial operations as they migrate from bootstrapping to mature operating models. Prior to joining Mainsail, Bill was CFO of Hearsay Social, a privately-held enterprise software company offering an advisor-client engagement platform for financial services companies, where he oversaw finance, accounting, legal and people operations. From 2011 to 2014, Bill was CFO of Avast Software, a privately-held security software company, during a period of significant growth and evolution in its business and capital structure. Previously, Bill served as CFO of Crescendo Bioscience, a privately-held molecular diagnostics company, which he joined prior to product release, building the finance organization and driving capital-raising activities including the innovative financing transaction that ultimately led to Crescendo’s acquisition by Myriad Genetics. Bill received an A.B. in International Relations, with distinction, from Stanford University and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
David Issott

David is a Partner and leads the Mercury Funds in investments across software and tech enabled services. David joined Hg in 2012 from Apax Partners. David’s other Board commitments include Rhapsody, Norstella, HHA, TrustQuay and Geomatikk.
Louis Kinsella
Board Member
Louis joined Hg in 2015 from Deloitte and focuses on investments in software and tech enabled services companies, particularly within office of the CFO. He is a board member at GTreasury, Prophix, Citation and Azets. His other investments include insightsoftware, Sovos, team.blue, JLA, Zenith and Kinapse.
Rebecca Yu

Rebecca is a member of the New York Hg team and focuses on investments in the software space, specifically within the tax & accounting and healthcare sectors. She is a board member of GTreasury and Rhapsody. Her other investments include HHAeXchange and Intelerad. She has also been a member of the D&I Steering Group.

Jon is currently; Chairman at HHAeXchange, SaaS Homecare management solutions, Chairman at Rhapsody Health, SaaS healthcare connectivity solutions, Chairman at Jama Software, SaaS Requirements Management Software and Board Member at Centerbase, SaaS PM and billing for mid size law firms.
In the 25 years prior, Jon held Chairman, founder, executive and advisory roles at several category defining early and mid-stage technology companies: Experity, the leading SaaS EMR provider for the on demand and urgent care market(acquired by GTCR), Storable, the leading marketplace and SaaS provider for the self storage industry(acquired by EQT) Kinnser Software, the leading EHR provider for the home health market (acquired by TPG), Sailpoint, identity and access management (acquired by Thoma Bravo and then taken public), iTKO, DevOps (acquired by CA Technologies), Globe Ranger, RFID (acquired by Fujitsu), Fuego (acquired by BEA/Oracle), Chatham Technologies (acquired by Flextronics), PTC (public) and Oracle(public). He currently works with leading private equity firms evaluating new investment opportunities.
Blake Tablak

Blake is the Chief Executive Officer of Trax Technology Group. For the past 20 years, he has held various executive roles in go-to-market as well as advisory and consulting roles with both public and private SaaS businesses.
