Renaat Ver Eecke, Chief Executive Officer
Renaat is Chief Executive Officer at GTreasury, where he is responsible for the overall strategy, overseeing all aspects of the business. He brings twenty years of proven experience in business and technology, most recently as President of Teletrac Navman, where he led the business to double digit growth. Prior to his role as President, Renaat was Chief Service Officer, leading the merger of Teletrac and Navman Wireless. In 2007 he and his management team bought Navman Wireless from Brunswick Corporation and ultimately sold to Danaher Corporation (NYSE: DHR) after tripling revenues. Renaat holds a Master of Business Administration degree from MIT Sloan School of Management, a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Georgetown University, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Washington D.C’s Catholic University of America. .
Paul Nailand, Managing Director
Paul is Managing Director, APAC at GTreasury, where he oversees all aspects of the Asia Pacific business. Paul is the co-founder of Visual Risk, which was acquired by GTreasury in 2018. Paul brings over 24 years’ experience in financial markets. Previously he worked in investment banking where he gained a unique blend of systems and market knowledge from positions in derivatives trading, corporate treasury outsourcing and equities research. Paul holds a Masters of Science from the University of the Witwatersrand.
Hilary Norris, Chief Financial Officer
Hilary is the interim CFO at GTreasury, where she applies her extensive international, multi-industry CFO & CIO experience to the finance and accounting department. Prior to joining GTreasury, Hillary is managing partner at ECS, where she works with companies to promote sustainable growth and profitability, while improving the financial acumen within the business. Previously, Hilary was CFO & CIO for the $1B+ North America division of multinational Rentokil PLC. She also has held corporate leadership roles in both the Asia Pacific and Europe in the technology and chemicals manufacturing industries. Hilary earned degrees in the biosciences at Oxford University and is a finance-accredited ACMA from the Chartered of Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA).
Pete Srejovic, Chief Technology Officer
Pete Srejovic has been driving technology transformation and delivery at the world’s largest organizations for nearly 20 years. Most recently, he was CTO at SHL, a spin-off from Gartner Inc., where he was responsible for over 150 employees globally within product engineering, technology delivery and technology operations. Prior to joining SHL, he was the Global Head of Technology at research firm Morningstar and began his career in consulting at KPMG and Accenture before moving into analytics and technology at Nielsen.
Kirk Dauksavage, Chief Revenue Officer
Kirk is Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at GTreasury, where he is responsible for the sales, sales operations, business development and account management functions. Prior to GTreasury, Kirk was CRO of Billtrust – a Goldman Sachs, Riverwood Capital and Bain Ventures-backed company, providing an outsourced billing, payments and cash application solution to the Fortune 2000. During this time, the company experienced double-digit year-over-year growth. Prior to Billtrust, Kirk was EVP at ASG Corporation, where he ran a global sales and marketing organization of over 250 professionals. In 2011, ASG acquired RiverGlass, where Kirk served seven years as CEO. Earlier in his career, Kirk was an executive at fast-growing fintech companies, including Intuit, BlueGill and CheckFree, now FIS. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Purdue University.
Shelley Wyka, Vice President of People
Shelley is Vice President of People at GTreasury, responsible for all aspects of people management. She brings over 20 years of human resource experience in a variety of industries including both public and private companies. Prior to GTreasury, Shelley was the Vice President of Human Resources at Merge Healthcare, an IBM Company, where she built the HR infrastructure as they grew from 300 to 1000 employees. She holds an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management from Eastern Illinois University. She also is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management where she maintain the designation of Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
Ashley Pater, Chief Product Officer
Ashley Pater is the Chief Product Officer at GTreasury, where she oversees the global product group, ensuring that the product vision and strategy align with GTreasury’s business objectives. Prior to her current role, Ashley was responsible for the Marketing and Account Management functions at GTreasury, which focused on growing global brand awareness, lead generation, event management, as well as client upsell and cross sell programs. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
Terry Beadle, Global Head of Corporate Development
Terry is the Global Head of Corporate Development at GTreasury, responsible for its partnerships and corporate strategy. He is a fin-tech executive with more than 20 years experience in the treasury and capital markets space, most recently the Global Head of Corporate Treasury for Bloomberg LLP, where he developed a new corporate treasury business strategy. Previously Terry was Managing Director at Wall Street Systems, leading the corporate treasury, government institutions, and global services business. A chartered accountant, his early career was in financial services management consulting for PwC and Coopers & Lybrand.
Mathilde Sanson, Chief Customer Officer
Mathilde is Chief Customer Officer at GTreasury, where she is responsible for the global services and customer support function. Previously she was Chief Client Officer at Kyriba with a distinguished track record leading global operations and large-scale implementations of financial software across a variety of industries. Her 30+ years of experience in client services includes positions as Managing Director, UK and Vice President, Operations for proprietary, founder-led ERP businesses, and as a Gold-certified Microsoft partner. Mathilde has expertise in developing strong functional teams, from consulting to support excellence, while building strong C-level customer relationships. She has received an MBA in Marketing with Honors from NYU Stern School of Business and a BA in Sociology from Barnard College, Columbia University.
