Implementation Consultant
Location: Sydney, Australia

As an Implementation Consultant, you will join a passionate team in an Agile environment focused on delivering a high quality, zero defect FinTech software product. You will be responsible for develop, guiding and implementing new and existing projects. The ideal candidate would act not only as a Project Manager, but would leverage their strong understanding of financial markets, risk (FX, commodities and interest rate), and derivative heading products to act as a resource for the team. This is a unique opportunity in a broad and challenging role.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assisting team with scoping and testing new product improvements
  • Planning, developing, and implementing projects and business initiatives
  • Client support and product implementation
  • Review client processes and reporting
  • Partnering with key stakeholders to drive business process and product improvements
  • Act as a knowledgeable resource for team members
  • Ad-hoc reporting and analysis as required

Requirements

  • Degree/accreditation in Finance, Accounting or Data Analytics
  • Experience in financial services or commercial treasury role
  • Knowledge of, and interest in, financial markets, risk and derivative hedging products
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Analytical mind and high degree of initiative
  • Excellent MS Excel skills and experience
