Software Spotlight: Auto-Logon for Client Support
CapellaFX now supports an auto-logon to the Client Support desk.
To apply this functionality, click on the “User Preferences” module on the CapellaFX home screen and go to the Support tab. Input your Support Login user name and password information and click “Save.” Now, when you click on the “Client Support” button on the CapellaFX home screen you will be taken directly into the support system without a secondary login.
For more information on how set up a single sign-on to the Client Support desk, please contact the Client Support & Solutions Team by clicking on the “Client Support” button on the CapellaFX home screen. Once you’re on the Client Support screen, click on the “Other” link and you will be prompted to complete the form requesting assistance.
