Orazio Manzi-Fe Pater, COO
Orazio Pater has been a recognized leader in the treasury management industry for over 40 years. As head of GTreasury, he manages one of the leading providers of treasury management systems in the world. Mr. Pater founded Gateway Systems in 1986, initially offering a MS-DOS product that evolved through the MS-Windows® Client-Server architecture to the current cloud-based solution.
Prior to founding the Gateway and GTreasury companies, Pater led the National Data Corporation – Cash Management Division from 1974 to 1984. He was instrumental in developing the automated cash and treasury management industry. Under his leadership, the NDC Cash Management Division served over 12,000 corporations and 200 major banks that used NDC to monitor balances and concentrate cash globally. During that period, the NDC Cash Management Division became the leading provider of treasury and funds transfer systems worldwide, with over $40 million in annual revenues and very substantial profits. Prior to NDC, Orazio was a cash manager at Honeywell, Inc., where he designed and implemented one of the first automated treasury management systems in the world.
Peg Pater, General Manager
Peg is involved in managing all aspects of GTreasury’s operations. Before joining GTreasury, Peg was an executive in the Human Resources Department of Solomon Brothers from 1980 to 1983. She was responsible for recruiting and staffing the Manufacturers Hanover Bank Cash Management Division from 1974 to 1980. From 1970 to 1973, Peg was an executive recruiter with Archer and Wood, a firm that was purchased by Peat, Marwick and Mitchell.
Warren Davey, Executive Vice President
Warren currently oversees GTreasury’s strategy, marketing, and business development operations. Warren has over 15 years’ experience in the technology and treasury markets. Prior to joining GTreasury, Warren had a variety of roles with Selkirk Financial and Thomson Reuters, including consulting, account management, and a variety of executive roles. Warren’s breadth and depth of experiences within treasury and technology have propelled him to become one of the main subject matter experts in this industry.
Yvonne Chan, Vice President, Solutions Delivery
Yvonne Chan currently oversees the Solutions Delivery team at GTreasury, responsible for both client implementation and support. Yvonne has 15+ years of experience in the treasury and technology industry. Prior to joining GTreasury, Yvonne progressed through a few leadership roles managing global Professional Services and Client Support organizations at Thomson Reuters’ Corporate Treasury Services. Prior to joining Thomson Reuters, she was a Senior Consultant and Project Lead at Selkirk Financial Technologies specializing in implementing treasury workstation for enterprise corporations globally. Yvonne has a proven track record in leading highly productive teams and exceeding client expectations.
Matthew Stockham, Vice President, Technology
Matthew Stockham is currently the GTreasury Vice President of Technology, where he oversees all product development, technical support, Quality Assurance and IT operations. Mr. Stockham has over 18 years of experience in development and technology, and he continues to be an asset to growing the GTreasury product. Prior to GTreasury, Matthew worked at Kemper Insurance where he was a developer, and responsible for production support of the in-house billing system.
Ashley Pater, SVP, Product Marketing
Ashley Pater is currently the SVP of Product Marketing at GTreasury, currently oversees marketing, account management, and product management activities for both potential and current clients. With over 9 years of experience, Ashley’s primary focus is increasing GTreasury’s brand awareness throughout the marketplace to preserve our position as liquidity masters. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
Terry Beadle, Global Head of Corporate Development
Terry is a fin tech executive with more than 20 years experience in the treasury and capital markets space. Most recently the Global Head of Corporate Treasury for Bloomberg LLP, he developed a new corporate treasury business strategy brought several new ground breaking products to market. Previously he was a Managing Director at Wall Street Systems, leading the corporate treasury, government institutions and global services business. A chartered accountant, his early career was in financial services management consulting for PwC and Coopers & Lybrand.
Chris Seaman, Managing Director, EMEA
Chris is Managing Director for GTreasury in EMEA with ten years experience of the corporate treasury market place. He was previously Global Head of Corporate Sales for Bloomberg based in London, and has led various teams focusing on eFX, FX, derivative and corporate treasury products. Chris was responsible for global business strategy, sales, marketing and event management. Through his extensive experience working with corporates of all sizes across the world, Chris has covered all aspects of corporate treasury including cash management, risk management and hedge accounting.
