Orazio Manzi-Fe Pater, Executive Chairman
Orazio Pater is founder and Executive Chairman of GTreasury and a recognized leader in the treasury management industry for over 40 years. Mr. Pater founded GTreasury (originally Gateway Systems) in 1986, offering a MS-DOS product that evolved through the MS-Windows® Client-Server architecture to the current cloud-based solution. Prior to founding the GTreasury, Orazio led the National Data Corporation (NDC) Cash Management Division from 1974 to 1984, where he was instrumental in developing the automated cash and treasury management industry. Prior to NDC, Orazio was a cash manager at Honeywell, Inc., where he designed and implemented one of the first automated treasury management systems in the world.
Renaat Ver Eecke, Chief Executive Officer
Renaat Ver Eecke brings twenty years of proven experience in business and technology to GTreasury. Most recently he was President of Teletrac Navman, a $200 million global SaaS business that he led to double digit growth. Prior to his role as President, he was Chief Service Officer, building a services team across 14 countries by embracing a management discipline grounded in continuous improvement and deep customer insight. Earlier in his career, he led the merger of Teletrac and Navman Wireless. In 2007 he and his management team bought Navman Wireless from Brunswick Corporation and ultimately sold to Danaher Corporation (NYSE: DHR) after tripling revenues. Renaat holds a Master of Business Administration degree from MIT Sloan School of Management, a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Georgetown University, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Washington D.C’s Catholic University of America. He is on the Board of Directors for the Chicago Jesuit Academy and is a member of the Chicago chapter of the Next Step Foundation.
Paul Nailand, Managing Director
Paul co-founded Visual Risk in 2001 and is Managing Director of Visual Risk overseeing APAC and EMEA. Paul has over 24 years’ experience in financial markets. Previously he worked in investment banking where he gained a unique blend of systems and market knowledge from positions in derivatives trading, corporate treasury outsourcing and equities research. Paul holds a Masters of Science from the University of the Witwatersrand.
Brent Coles, Chief Financial Officer
Bringing over 20 years of financial expertise and leadership experience, Brent Coles directs GTreasury’s financial strategy and oversees its accounting practices, financial planning, reporting and analysis, and tax and audit functions. Prior to joining GTreasury, Brent was the CFO of BluePay Processing and Columbus Data Services. Brent holds an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management, a BS in Accounting from the University of Utah, and a BA in French from the University of Utah.
Alok Tyagi, Chief Product and Technology Officer
Alok Tyagi is a Cloud/SaaS Product and Technology leader. He brings more than 25 years of hands-on Product & Technology leadership experience in Software Product Strategy, Product Management, Design and Development of market leading global enterprise software products. He has repeat experience in introducing commercially successful new Digital and Data solutions and re-innovating existing product portfolio business/organization. Previously, Alok has filled Product & Technology Executive roles at industry-leading companies such as Oracle, Peoplesoft, JD Edwards, Sage and CA Technologies.
Kirk Dauksavage, Chief Revenue Officer
Kirk Dauksavage is responsible for leading GTreasury’s Sales, Sales Operations, Business Development and Account Management functions. Prior to GTreasury, Kirk was CRO of Billtrust – a Goldman Sachs, Riverwood Capital and Bain Ventures-backed company, providing an outsourced billing, payments and cash application solution to the Fortune 2000. During this time, the company experienced double-digit year-over-year growth. Prior to Billtrust, Kirk was EVP at ASG Corporation, where he ran a global sales and marketing organization of over 250 professionals. In 2011, ASG acquired RiverGlass, where Kirk served seven years as CEO. Earlier in his career, Kirk was an executive at fast-growing fintech companies, including Intuit, BlueGill and CheckFree, now FIS. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Purdue University.
Shelley Wyka, Vice President of People
Shelley joined GTreasury in April 2018 as the Vice President of People. She has over 20 years of human resource experience in a variety of industries including both public and private companies. Shelley has successfully managed and participated in projects relating to succession planning, performance management, re-designing health and retirement benefit programs, leadership training, employee and labor relations and various talent management initiatives. Prior to GTreasury, Shelley was the Vice President of Human Resources at Merge Healthcare, an IBM Company, where she built the HR infrastructure as they grew from 300 to 1000 employees. She holds an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management from Eastern Illinois University. She also is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management where she maintains the designation of Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
Ashley Pater, SVP, Product Marketing
Ashley Pater is Senior Vice President, Product at GTreasury and oversees the global product group, ensuring that the product vision and strategy align with GTreasury’s business objectives. Prior to her current role, Ashley was responsible for the Marketing and Account Management functions at GTreasury, which focused on growing global brand awareness, lead generation, event management, as well as client upsell and cross sell programs. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
Terry Beadle, Global Head of Corporate Development
Terry is a fin-tech executive with more than 20 years experience in the treasury and capital markets space. Most recently the Global Head of Corporate Treasury for Bloomberg LLP, he developed a new corporate treasury business strategy brought several new groundbreaking products to market. Previously he was a Managing Director at Wall Street Systems, leading the corporate treasury, government institutions, and global services business. A chartered accountant, his early career was in financial services management consulting for PwC and Coopers & Lybrand.
Brendan Nel, Vice President, Global Marketing
Brendan is responsible for GTreasury’s global marketing and brand strategy. With over 20 years’ experience of building marketing and brand strategies for organizations within the finance and technology arena, Brendan joined GTreasury in March 2018, tasked with building a global brand and solidifying GTreasury’s position as a dominant global provider of treasury solutions. Prior to joining, Brendan held marketing leadership positions Thomson Reuters, SessionCam and treasury and risk management provider, Reval.
Robin Heller, Interim Chief Customer Officer
Robin is the interim Chief Customer Officer, responsible for the global services and customer support function at GTreasury. Prior to joining, Robin was a Fortune 500 C-suite executive with a distinguished 30+ year career leading global operations, technology, and large-scale integration; business process; and customer experience teams. With a twenty-five-year career at American Express, First Data Corporation, and Western Union, Robin successfully steered business lines to vigorous profit growth and long-term value by unearthing untapped opportunities, masterminding strategy implementation, leveraging innovation, building best-in-class technology infrastructure and spearheading transformation initiatives.
Robin received a B.B.A. in Finance, with Honors, from Iowa State University and an M.B.A. from the University of Nebraska-Omaha.
